That is interesting, looks like a softail frame with bmw running gear, must have been interesting to adapt the driveshaft.

Actually, it's a Russian Ural.
As long as the frame is set up properly, there shouldn't need to be any drive shaft mods- the univeral joint can handle the up and down of the rear wheel just fine.
