Non Argumentive Project this week
« on: September 17, 2009, 12:02:47 AM »
Way to much bickering again around here, so on a lighter note...........I decided Monday I should have a proper street address thingy ;)

I have a router, how hard can it be? Quick Google search and I'm off. Only problem is I want to use a 1/2 log so it will have to be done free hand.
Day 2..............

FInished the carving aspect today, stained the high bits dark, will use a lighter stain on the surrounding areas.

sorry, all my bikes are running great!

Cool idea. Doin it freehand, I bet you had to have your face right down on the router. I imagine yur ears are still ringing.  8)

What model Honda is 1983 Ingram?
Is that the prototype with spoked wooden wheels?
Go on carve yourself a rack of carbs Seaweb. ;D
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

I have to add argument! You should have used a lighter colored wood, the letters stand out better! ;D
Actually it is very nice work there. ;)
What would have been really cool is if you were able to burn the letters into the wood.
Dang, now I need a router!

Yes, then used carbon paper to transfer it to wood.

Yup ;D

The saw horse paint scheme was a left over from my daughters 4-H project ;)
