I know what the cost are at this stage. I just won't tell. ;D
I want to make sure all is good and tested. ;) Coming weeks a crucial. As soon as the engine runs will make a video and soundrecording.
And for the money making, that has never been the priority, but do not want to loose on it either. I am still a, small, company that needs some funds.

Well today we had a very good day. As it appears now all mechanical functions work well. Assembled the clutch into the engine, had to adjust the oilseal/basket distance somewhat and happy to inform that nothing stands in the way of mistreating that clutch on the street/track. All looking very good. ;)

Well G not that good >:( Waiting on some minor parts so thought about spraying the casing and preppin' them for HD studs. So had to take the oem out, and what happened? ??? ??? The last one snapped on me! Even though I heated the casing to help loosen the old ones and using a grip vise for the last three that where stuck. 2 of them cam out after some mussle but the last one............
So tomorrow will put the case on the mill to drill out the threaded peace. And then clean it again and give it some VHT paint.

but continu to work on it.

It better run or I will destroy it and use another (F1) case. But rather use the F2 which is stronger.
Well should be not too much of a problem on the mill. Fingers crossed ;D
Just to receive the new primary's and tensioner to close all up. Not on stock at CMSNL so have to wait a week! Aaargh......
Well enough time to take care of the rest, rearsetand a somewhat lighter, but still old skool, rearwheel etc..... Enough to keep me of the streets.

i may have to figure out how to come up with the cash for this setup just for the cool factor.

Haha, nailed the SOB. Managed to drill out the remaining stud on the mill. Drill was dead on centre! After that with a left-hand threadtap turned him out.

Well done mate.
That has just given me a confidence boost.  ;D
I've got 4 stubborn SOB's broken in an F2 case that have got the middle finger pointed skywards at me.  >:(
Mega heat and penetrine and they're still staying put. (For now)
There's nothing like a good challenge.

Easy to be on center..
Slip on a barrel and clock in the hole, then remove barrel and drill!.. or clock off the base of the stud..

Very Cool looking clutch, nicely made..
