The 750 has been a bit neglected as ive been riding some of my other bikes lately  ;), rode her to the petrol station then went for a 30 mile ride through the countryside, nice autumn weather slightly milder for this time of year, plenty of other bikes out and about enjoying the sunshine, i enjoyed a nice smooth ride  8), cheers Mick.

Took the MSF rider's course with my wife while I'm home on leave!  Had a BLAST!!  I'll be getting my license asap when I come home for good.  Wife still needs a bit more practice, but she had fun, too.  That's the important thing - along with being safe - right?

Way to go! The single most important acessory for your bike is the MSF completion card!

Rode the 350f with it not having 2 cylinders die... exhilarating!

Bought a battery for Ebeth's EX500, gonna go see if I can start that #$%*.  (the bike)

Honda Polish should clean all of them up nicely.  Still have tuning and cleaning to do on all of them.  I want to sell the zx7r and possibly the EX.  I dunno, so undecided!

Must have... 2 quads or 2+seater sand rail

Tested the new chain on the road. She is officially road worthy; she has safety inspection since August, but I prefer my own - tougher - standards.

Boy what a difference new chain and sprockets make.

Went home for lunch and had to ride the K6 back to work. 70 degrees but windy, much nicer riding home at 5:00 and the wind had died down a lot. The 750K6 gets bad press at times labeled the detuned 750 and the slowest of the original K's >:( But I love mine ;D its plenty fast for me, handles good and goes down the road like a dream :)

Well I've got 2 :) 1970KO  that I got 6 months ago and the K6 I got back in 2009.
Other than replacing and repairing what was needed on both bikes to make them safe and road worthy I really haven't done anything else to them. IMO theres no need to. The K6 was in decent shape when I bought it so decent I was able to ride it home. But The KO had to be trailered home, it ran but I did not feel safe riding it home. I love the stock bikes and both of mine are about 90% and hoping in another year or 2 they will be 100% ;D  I grew up with these bikes in the 70's and I don't see myself ever selling them ;) Thanks for your interest.

Took apart the carb for my XL250s.  Ugh, of course all the expensive parts are shot. :(

Planning the top end rebuild on my Honda ! I want round bores w/ a good overbore & most certainly a ported head...I'm trying to build a "sleeper" w/ stock carbs & mufflers, cam, etc. I want to try to get the most flow that the Stock parts will allow while keeping the best low end torque & midrange power w/ a little extra on the  top end. I like quiet mufflers for this one...& if I ever change my mind, it will be ready for more flow if I feel like that is good.

Thank goodness.   ::)
I'm actually totaling up the prices for parts and it might just almost cheaper to just buy a new one for $100.
The stupid accelerator pump diaphragm is apparently ~$40+ IF you can find one! :o
After taking the carb apart it's amazing to me that bike ran at all!

(Hmm, maybe not so bad after all. It looks like http://www.siriusconinc.com has some parts at reasonable prices.)

Took the CA95 for a ride - beautiful today in Northern California.  Sandblasted some parts.  Cleaned and painted a center stand for the 750 project.  Pulled out the Yoshimura exhaust to put on the 500 tomorrow, and decided that bike is getting the Lesters as well.  Sorry 750 :P
