Nice looking bike, he has some $$$ into it that is for sure. The 5,000 asking price might just be a break even price. I mean a custom frame alone is some bucks. No bids yet.. It is a one of a kind to be sure.

We have not applied for a title yet. Buyer can obtain their own brand new title at their local tax collectors office. It is very easy to do and will save you lots of money, simply take the Bill of Sale (Receipt) that we'll give you to the tax office and get your title in the mail within a few weeks.

That statement is VERY presumptuous, and is just begging for problems from the potential buyer.

Obviously pics only say so much but that looks to be a well done bike. It is classic looking without all sorts of goofy crap on it to make it "original".

Its "well done" as long as you dont want to ride it. As 754 mentioned already the frame is a mess...look closely...that bike has "deathtrap" written all over it

Not sure how you can really truthfully come to that conclusion without actually seeing the frame first hand. It is an odd design for sure but that does not make it bad. Only potentially bad spot might be at the back of the tank where the top of the rigid connects to the frame but you cant really see how it is braced.
Those low res pics do not really enable a person to make anything but an opinion really.

and some 350's
i think the 350's were another make with hte harley paint job

I dont see anny connection to a Harley.

May have been a Harley frame but it is not now..

The backbone that turns down (probably to go behind motor in orig application) & diasappears into the carbs, is the epitome of non functionality...

Bought from Harley Davidson corporation..

hello, never heard of it, Harleys are made by the Motor Co, have been for over 100 years..
