Bikes wierd and wonderful
« on: June 08, 2010, 11:27:28 AM »
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

How about an Ariel Square 4 chopper.

How much was that? that is complete sacrilege, and yet awesome at the same time.

I think he was asking $3,000.  He stated that it had been in a wreck in 1970 with the front end trashed so he made it into a chopper.  Had not been driven since the 1980's.

This is an NSU "Quickly" not the most aptly named bike on the road but unusual anyway.

Love that John Deer bike, wonder how long the green paint lasts once the engine heats up?

If its true John Deere engine paint.... it will last for ever.. At least based on the tractors around here.

I got there at like 8 because I had to help a friend move.  All that was left was a few nice bikes but mostly 2000's Harleys, new-ish shock ducatis, and the triumphs that look old but made in the 2000's.

I vowed never to help a friend move again
