Damn.  Very cool.  I bet Lucio Cecchinello was stoked.

Cal C. (not J.) has signed some photos for me at IMS.  He's always a nice guy to the fans.

Don't forget to "accept" the nomination!!

Lucio was stunned at the result, he was speechless when he first saw it.  Rizoma did a photo shoot with it at Austin and published pics on there Facebook page etc.  It was a full Rizoma livery that weekend too which I had no idea before i arrived to the track.

I should have gone to the track that weekend.  It's only 40 miles from here (and no traffic from this side).

I'll forgive you for ditching your front end with my part.

LOL!  That's right! I went a little sideways from using the OEM CB forks ;)  I resold your speedo drive to another project guy ;)

Dang, that makes the nomination even BETTER!

Shame that the LCR team wouldn't tune your bike for you with all their know-how and fancy diagnostic tools  ;) I suspect with their EGRs, they could have set those 26's up in about 12 minutes flat.  ;D

Were you allowed to take the bike on the track at COTA? Did anyone ride the track with the bike?

I'm wondering if it is as fun as it looks.

I doubt anyone did any hot laps on this then freshly completed bike, but I bet it would be fun!

Wow, that's an inspirational bike build for sure! Good luck with the BOTM nomination. Awesome attention to detail everywhere on your bike. Good work! ;)
