LOL! I remember Frank stating there was NO WAY he was going to carry a rubber doll on his bike, back when the decision was made to make Godzilla the official relay mascot.  :D :D

Love your chop! Very nicely done. I see another side of GZ - non discriminatory sitting on the Kaw.

Scottly, don't embarass Frank  ;)

All hope is lost for Godzilla's journey to Hope.  No takers from the West coast - where are all you guys on this record breaking hot sunny day?!?!
Godzilla will instead travel through the Okanagan and explore the sights on my 78 Honda 750.  We will post pictures of his travels upon our return.  Arrange with 754 for Godzilla's next relay journey.

Hand off to Frank completed at 2:30pm today. I'm not getting a very strong signal where we're staying tonight. I'll try to post pics but I'm not sure it'll work.

GZ is somewhere in southeast BC. 1080 and/or 754 are playing with him. They are trying to find riders to get him to Vancouver. Seaweb wants to take him to Gabriola. Ride over and kidnap him from 1080 and 754 and take him to the islands before the ferry ride back to Port Angeles. I thought we have a sizeable contingent in Van?? If we can't get him moving I'm going to have to ask 1080 or 754 to ship him back home to me. The Kiwis and OZ boys are chomping at the bit for their part and we have covered 48 states, DC and 7 provinces so I can say MISSION ACCOMPLISHED if necessary. We should have been done by now. I really hate to pull the plug on the remaining (?) riders but may have to if their wheels don't start turning.

I'm scrambling to try and get a day next week. My brother is in town from London, it's my birthday Tuesday, and dammit, it's always something. Where are you starting from Webs?

The PA to Victoria ferry is a once a day gig, at 8:20 AM. The best I can do is meet up with Seawebs on Saturday. If that works out with his schedule, my brother will just have to wait. Or, or... I can drive into Seattle on Friday night and sleep there, then ride up to Vancouver with anyone else heading that way and meet you guys there on Saturday...

Any of that seem like it might align?

Kinda looking like Godzilla could be done by the weekend! If you guys can't hook up with Seaweb for a ride with GZ then just meet the 2 of them at a pub and celebrate this amazing adventure! GZ really wants to party! Now on the other hand I can see a scenario where Seaweb might be bringing GZ to me  ;)  :-X

Frank and Derek, how does the Thursday meet sound to you guys? Who else can buy into that along the way? It's almost done and this is your last chance! Don't let Frank, Derek and GZ pass you by!

Kinda sounds like a Saturday celebration too  ;D Vancouver or VICTORIOUS Victoria??

No no, I'm in Port Angeles Washington... On the Peninsula about a 90 minute ferry ride from Victoria. Or 2.5 hour drive into Seattle. I'll be back in Seattle long term in February.

Boy does GZ like to party!
After sucker-backing my beer, he got fresh with the cleavage monkey, then went on to pick-up a couple of biker chicks at the Squires Four Pub in Vernon.  I could tell he was out of his league so I wasted no time strapping him back onto my 78 for more adventures... ;)

Took the scenic lakeside route from Vernon to Kelowna.
Clocked about 170Km on a gorgeous Okanagan autumn day.
Gz was itching for a skinny-dipping.....

If we can't get him moving I'm going to have to ask 1080 or 754 to ship him back home to me.  We should have been done by now.

I don't understand either of those statements. GZ was not in Seattle long enough to form a get together because you put the rush on. That's a regret I have. Several people have mentioned they would liked to have been in on meeting up. One of the biggest  reasons behind this is getting lost because GZ is being rushed. I gotta ask why? What's the rush?
I suggest we let the remaining PNW'ers have more get togethers if possible. To stop this now seems silly to me. If I had my druthers when GZ was here I would have kept him until a get together took place.
