Anyone going to this?   Never been, but it looks like a good time.

I was thinking about driving down on Friday to shop but riding down there during the weekend.  It'd be cool to meet up with some people and check it out.

I'd be cool to ride down and meet up. I'm in Cleveland and Ive been down there twice, well worth the trip especially if you're looking for parts, etc.  The racing and bike shows are well worth the trip also.

I'm flexible, it'd be cool to camp down there, I say let's shoot down on that Friday and stay, then stay for the swap meet, shows and races on Saturday?

I'll be down there selling 2 CB350F's.  Swapmeet spot GG22 + 23.  We always go from Youngstown with a little crew and spend the whole weekend there.  We usually camp on out swap meet spot.  Stop by and check out our stuff, say hi, and hope to meet some SOHC members there.

i was going to drive down on friday in case i found anything i wanted to buy and tke home.  i have a honda civic, so i can't haul much.   :-\  but i was going to ride back down on Saturday+Sunday.

maybe I'll be able to convince my godbrother to go - he's got a truck and a big enclosed trailer....  let me work on that!  camping (by which i assume you mean drinking) would be awesome.

Hey,  Absolutely!  A buddy of mine on the street goes down with a trailer and shows his bikes. I'll touch base with him and see what his plans are, a great guy, but he rides wings! (not that there is anything wrong with that).

I'll be there. It's a requirement every summer to be there. Be loading up some crusty parts to clear some room as well, Klr 250, 550 nighthawk, & Honda c50 parts to unload.

Who can forget last year...98 and high humidity with heat index around 115. It was something. Ambulances were transporting people out of there every hour. I was not to be denied though...I walked the entire swap grounds and you can find anything you need there from parts to special tools. Not to mention some nice project bikes. Can not make it this year, but have a good time fellas.

With Ken and the Cycle X team scheduled to be there I am tentatively considering a trip cross the border to see the spectacle.  Would ride down on the CB750 but what if I find some stuff that I want to bring home, so I may trailer down. ;)

myself and Bonacci01 will be in attendance, repping our Tumblr/website GarageSpun in fancy t-shirts. I'm taking my bike to his place in Columbus in the back of my truck, then we are riding our CB550's to the show from his place.

sounds like we should have a decent turnout!  I'm definitely still going too.

Maybe someone who's been going for a while and knows the layout should suggest a time/place and we can all meet up and introduce ourselves?

I've been wanting to go to this for years, so finally, this is the year! I'll be there friday possibly saturday too. I'm mainly going for the swap meet. Next year I'm going for the whole damn thing racing etc. Here's a layout of the swap meet area. Anyone with an idea for a day and time?

ZZ you will love the swap meet. It is so big I wish I had a golf cart last year. A lot of guys have small bikes they ride through the meet on. If you see something you want to come back for, get a reference of the aisle as it is hard to find it again. It is that large. I almost died in the heat and humidity last year. It was really bad. Good luck and have fun.

that heat last year was insane.  my wife and i could only walk around in like half hour intervals going back to car to give my not even 1 year old son a break from the sun. we did manage cover the whole swap meet, just took a while.  the racing is incredible too, how often to you actually see these old bikes being flogged around a track.  i know i dont get to see it that often.

Just got back from Vintage Days. WOW, I'm going every year from here on out! It's everything I heard it was. Didn't find a couple of things I was looking for but found a few things I couldn't live with out! I met member 736 on Friday and bought a tank from him. I only could talk to him for a minute he was pretty busy. In fact anyone selling CB750 stuff seemed to be doing a brisk business. Weather was GREAT!
