Yes the ones I recommended are dyna coils and are green in color.

I would recommend the ones sold for the CB750 (1969-1975) by PartNmore, #...6823. They are a little higher output than OEM, fit great, and have the same primary resistance to fit the electrical system. These are green.

I have heard a lot of good things about the Dyna coils, I'm sure they will be more than enough for my application.  What is green?

These are the ones I ordered.  $122 shipped, I thought that was a solid deal!  I will be in town this weekend also, I am waiting to hear back from Lossa about timing but I think I am going to have them go through my carbs so I might be down in your neck of the woods soon!  Ill let you know!

Yup, Honduran would skin that boy alive if he heard him recommending 3 Ohm coils without his 2 Ohm resistors

That's what I originally purchased....until I researched the C5 setup in finding it's a better fit for my setup.

No worries! Piecing together builds like this feels like playing 3-dimensional chess at times lol

I will watch the electrical. I should be running lean on draw, I don't think I'm going to have turn signals or gauges/lights.. but we'll see.

In anywhere in SoCal, I would run lights/signals. If you are concerned about electrical draw, you can use LED lighting.  LED signals/indicators/blinkers can be sourced that are discrete in size and shape yet bright.

Meyer does nice work.  Any idea what he charges for custom seat fabrication?  I have good sheet metal fab sources) but it might be helpful for others.

I think I paid $300 for that cowl and seat pan with the matched loop. Loop was also machined to recess the signal light bar. I'll have pics of it up soon when I post my current Gentlemens Express build.

Your hoop is from Cognito, right? Hoop with recessed LED is a little over $300, plus lighting. Cowl and pan thru Cliff is another few hundred. He runs about $500-> for "custom" metal tanks, Don.

That was written as $500 as a starting price, going up from there....  When I discussed a tank with him, it was nearer $700 based upon initial conversation. Seemed a reasonable price for a quality product.
