Quote from: Camrector on February 09, 2016, 05:32:43 PMI would recommend the ones sold for the CB750 (1969-1975) by PartNmore, #...6823. They are a little higher output than OEM, fit great, and have the same primary resistance to fit the electrical system. These are green.I have heard a lot of good things about the Dyna coils, I'm sure they will be more than enough for my application. What is green?

These are the ones I ordered. $122 shipped, I thought that was a solid deal! I will be in town this weekend also, I am waiting to hear back from Lossa about timing but I think I am going to have them go through my carbs so I might be down in your neck of the woods soon! Ill let you know!

Bryan,He's referring to 3 ohm coils as opposed to the black 5 ohm coils.
I believe the 3ohms run too hot for points
The ones I said are 5ohm dyna coils.

Sorry brother. You are perfect with this set up. Just remember to pay attention to the wattage draw of lights and gauges.

Anyone know if CM is making any more of those seat cowls that they put on their fox bike or how much they ran? ... jezus... it's... perfect
I think I paid $300 for that cowl and seat pan with the matched loop. Loop was also machined to recess the signal light bar. I'll have pics of it up soon when I post my current Gentlemens Express build.

Cowl and pan thru Cliff is another few hundred. He runs about $500-> for "custom" metal tanks, Don.
$500 for a custom tank is cheap. I suspect he'll pick up some new customers from the forum.

When I discussed a tank with him, it was nearer $700 based upon initial conversation. Seemed a reasonable price for a quality product.
