Simon, have you ever had the opportunity to compare one to an early '50s BSA? I owned a '53 650, and the clutch and gearbox, or at least the clutch, left something to be desired. A Honda SL350 would keep up with it up to 60MPH, when the Beezer (AKA Wheezer) would start to pull ahead. ;D

I'd be afraid to ride that.

Interestingly, at 64 years old and with 46 years of biking behind me this little CB350F is the first Honda I have ever owned.

Back in the day I owned Norton's and BSA's then moved to Suzuki.

More recently I have owned a couple of Moto Guzzi's, and a BMW.

In a perfect world I would still choose to own my 1970's dream bike, a 1976 Suzuki GT750M Kettle but I have very little interest in the current offerings from any particular manufacturer.

Ha!  I understand the valve train is open and chugging right in front of your balls, but the bike is coolest out there,  three seater 600cc.  ;D

I guess that depends on your understanding of the word "cool"....... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
