Will have to decide on which rear shocks at a later date.
Next is the wiring I think. I have made my own wiring harness from scratch, and may need some help from you guys to check my wiring diagram, as I’m not an electrician😂

The fork brace will probably only fit 77 and 78 K lower legs.
Can you not trim your right rearset to get kicker clearance ? Looks like you have a lathe..

Yeah Frank, I looked at the listing for that fork brace and they only claim it to fit 77-78. Looks like Gamma's 18" front wheel makes for a ton of extra clearance. I wonder if it would work on early forks too, with an 18" front wheel?

That would only make about 1/2 difference, the 77 78 sliders areabout an inch or more longer I do believe.
Just look at where the tops of lower legs are , they have to be pretty well at top of tire ..

Yes, the 18” front wheel has given me loads of clearance. I haven’t yet bought a front mudguard (Fender) yet, so I need to do some more research on that.
I’m going to fit one of the kickstart levers that I adjusted that clears the footrest. I will then look at modifying the brake pedal so that it can be flipped up out of the way.
I don’t really want to fit the starter motor as I’ve installed a blank in the engine

Great story and hope all goes well with registration. I was in the Army for many, many years. During Desert Storm I saw a bunch of Harley Davidsons dumped in the Kuwaiti desert. It looked like all of them had either been police or some type of escort vehicles. The earliest were 60s panheads and the latest were early-mid 70s shovelheads. My unit was in and out too quickly to even think about trying to get one but some were eventually acquired by members of the later stabilization units.

I was also in the military for 24 years, and was at Muharraq in Bahrain for three months at the start of the first Gulf conflict, working on Tornado aircraft. This reignites my sense of international adventure, I loved traveling abroad but wasn't into motorcycles yet. The first time I was on the back of a motorcycle was in India in route from the airport to a family home. I have family in Sharjah as well and now I want to go back and ride and go explore India on two wheels.

I couldn't imagine doing that on a c90, I def want a big bike under me when I go back. That video cracks me up and is pretty damn accurate, so happy he caught an accident on camera lol....I #$%*ing hated driving in traffic there as a passenger....i kept my head down the entire time.

I needed clearance for the oil tank. Not sure if removing this area this will have any effect on cooling and levels?
What do you guys think?

Looks excellent, could use you on my Rickman (all brazed)! Most of that area is just airspace in the tank. Should be just fine. Nice project!
