Hey bluezboy, you have a lot of shiny paint and chrome on your CB, very nice. Is that wall art for Chero-cola, as in Cherokee? Can you still get it?

There are a lot of places I've never been, probably not gonna get there either. I have been to 38 states, mostly on my CB in my earlier years. HI and AK would be nice to add.... and riding a motorcycle through spectacular landscapes is sublime.

Thank you  Kevin, it’s been a long road getting Pandora to this point, all done though. I’m sure about the name of the drink, I’ll have to research that one.

One of my almost daily 200km rides verifying/adjusting things I pass a town 80km away from home, riding on the smaller roads.
I stopped by earlier this month. Yesterday another visit to look at bikes.
I like their BMW R1250 RS in a fantastic color, Stardust metallic. Very dark brown with sparkling flakes (like Mirra)

My K2 should like that color, now in Peugeot Cuprite Brown metallic aka Sunset Copper.

Dangerous to visit a dealer when having a crush for a bike they have! :D
Boxer is typical for BMW. I tested a friends R90S back in 1979. I was surprised about the easy handling and low center of gravity. My CB750 felt much heavier to handle.
No need of lubricating chain nor adjust it.

Boxer is rather wide. Crash bars as they have for their adventure version would be a useful option.
I think +$25.000 US is needed in  other future plans I have with my wife. :(

I have!!
First time today this year!

Returned to same city as the BMW bike shop yesterday on another +200 km trip, enjoying my K6.
Adjusted the fuel screws again for better very low throttle lift. Adjustment now was 1/16 turn!
1/4 is easy, just a quarter like a cross.
Half that is 1/8 also easy since I have adjusted that a lot.

Today needed to turn back half that again, 1/16.
1/16 more of todays setting  is rich, 1/16 less is slightly lean with occasional carb sneeze, backfires.

If using more ethanol in fuel up to 10% from 5, adjust back 1/16 richer. I have tested that .

Here the American food, the typical wooden horse known for this area (county), my K6 in background and finally Shell where the bike got a refreshing refill of V-Power.

It would like a bubbling version with  N₂O in the mix looking like beer making it stronger as beers do  :D

Looks good Per, hows the whole Covid-19 thing going in Sweden? The news I saw wasn't good, no lockdown, lots of deaths, the Swedish government was looking pretty bad? Take care mate, I'd miss your posts! ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I have worked from home since March 13. My company I work for have a healthy leadership.

Today my first Kebab stop while riding!
I'm eating now. Today only enjoying, all adjustment done. Bike runs smooth and I enjoy to ride slowly, as the numbers on the signs tell me. :D

Hey Per...is this near Engelsberg Ironworks?

Very interesting history there, they were smelting iron in the 12th century!

Yes, the entire area around there and almost here have long history of mining and extract metals. Iron, silver and copper.

Another ride I can visit the very old silver mine in Sala. I passed that place later on last rides.

Good steel made a little bit north with help of a specific oven melting it,  blast furnace.

I can stop at the ironworks next time for photos.

my buddy on his first ride on the bike his wife asked me to restore/mod for him. It got fresh powder, all new upgraded electrical, new small bits, rebuilt top end. He has a nice cruising/commuting bike now other than his rat rod cb500.

I was really nervous watching a friend ride on a bike I built for him, but it was rewarding in the end.

I built another friend a chopper but he never got licensed. He got married and has a kid on the way, so he never got on it...its just a trophy bike now lol....might end up just being my chopper.

Thanks Eric. I really do need to spend some time polishing her up. First time out of the garage since last year. Checked oil, tire pressure, and she fired up on the 4th kick. This bike cruises down the road so good and only has a little over 6000 original miles.
