Most of the pictures that I will be taking now will be upholstering my seat, assembling my speedo, fabrication of a bag, and then paint!
I may not be painting right away, so, I'm still open to suggestions on color.

Well I pulled em out. Annnnnnnd they didn't look dirty, and I was outta carb cleaner so I had to use starter fluid. Anyway cleaned em off and out. Sprayed the holes in the carb bodies. Put it back together, lubed up my boots and got em back on. Really easily. Fired it up, went to about 3000 rpms waited until the idle dropped, took a deep breath and took the choke off! It runs! It runs! Weee!!!! Now I just have to fix the timing and I think I might be rolling soon.

Well...in truth..the new buells with the Rotax engines are pretty cool.

Spark Plug gap: 0.024 - 0.028 in (0.6 - 0.7mm)
Points gap: 0.012 - 0.016 in (0.3 - 0.4mm)
Timing: should fire at "F 1.4" mark for cylinder 1,4 and "F2.3" mark for cylinder 2,3

you can also grind up pencil "lead" into a fine powder in a medicine grinder, and mix it with ether (starting fluid) and drip it in there. I have a little bottle of this in my tool box, made of a 25 pack of pencils. I just add fluid if the cap gets loose and it evaporates.

or you could just buy that stuff...

Ok over the last couple weeks, it's been trial and error on the bike.
After pulling the carbs off, checking for intake leaks, setting the points, timing,
checking the plugs, re-routing fuel line, changing fuel line, sanding badges,
going through extra parts, and being broke as hell *deep breath*
I'm getting closer. Tonight I'll be adjusting my lifters, and trying to sync again.
Orignally, when synching was attempted, #1 and 4 go to 20 on the gauges and 2 and 3 go to 14.
Almost dead on on both of them. I tried letting out and screwing in air screws to no avail.
#4 does nothing, #1 makes them all go down.

At first warmed up, it would give up accel around 4000 rpms. After some tinkering, she's hitting 7500 now and it sounds pretty good.
The exhaust was smoking after I turned off the bike.
