Great bike, I really like that exhaust.

I also love your phonetic style of writing English with your accent.  It's fascinating how clearly it comes through and how easy it is to read once adjusting.

Thanks for sharing your build despite the language barrier and I can't wait to see that new tank all ready for action!

FWIW, I'm not a shill for Race Tech - I've just got a thing for good suspension and the RTCE's are the most cost-effective mod for these old damping rod front ends.

I don't see the problem.
Alternator makes 150 Watts @ 5000 RPM, and about 50-60 Watts at idle.
Bike USES 120-130 watts whenever key switch and lighting is on.  Starter motor draws 320-640 watts.
So, battery will deplete at idle and electric starting and recharge while driving and the engine revved up.

All your meter readings are consistent with this.

Look for 13.8V with the engine revving to 3000-4000 RPM.  Begin test with a fully charged battery.  The bike should never allow voltage over 14.5V at the battery.

yes you are 100% korrekt...think that regulator..who just are an relæ..to swits off vhen load /battery  are  the same value..that thing can not find the right voltage..its depend to the battery load..when my battery are loadet to 12,5 volt..the relæ keeps 12,5 and it will never gets higer..thats my teori.. ::)

The Vreg can't make the alternator produce more power than it is capable of providing.  The Vreg's job is simply to keep the battery from overcharging in the conditions that allow the alternator to provide all the bike's usage AND put too much power into the battery.  As such, it is just a battery protection device rather than a true regulator of system voltage.

As for VREG trip point, the only trip point of significance is the battery voltage high point.  The rest of the voltage points are determined by battery charge state, which will be continually diminishing at idle, as the battery depletes.

If you start changing Vreg settings, you run the risk of hunting for a replacement that has been unmolested, as adjustments on the bike are not straight forward, and if done incorrectly can damage the battery via overcharge.

Good luck!
