Ha ha, it looks to me like BB's advertising staff left a zero off the price tag, and realised their mistake when the avalanche of orders suddenly hit their website.

If 78CB750CAFE had just ordered one for himself and not told anyone else, they probably wouldn't have noticed, but when people started ordering them in two's and three's, BB would have realised that they'd made a terrible mistake............

IIRC, once you click buy, and they send you a receipt, it's pretty much like a contract. It just really depends on how much we wanted to fight them. I will ask the Consumer lady tonight.

I think crediting your account with 'bandit-bucks' is complete and udder BS! it was their mistake they should give you your real money back. You guys might spend the money on their site but it's the principle here that counts. They F'd up not you. I would at least expose this if possible.

I told my girlfriend about this last night and how I missed out on it. She looked up the jacket and saw how cool it was and was bummed out too (she LOVES to get a good deal on stuff). Then she saw this thread and started reading all the 'they cancelled my order!' comments and we got a pretty good laugh. It was kind of funny, IMO.

Well, speaking for myself, I ordered one jacket for my wife and two (one of each style on sale) for myself. I knew it seemed too good to be true. I don't really hold a grudge toward Bike Bandit for cancelling the order, However, I suspect the cancellation was a result of a pricing error and not a "sold out of our inventory" - as they claimed in their email.

no not exactly. I didn't expect them to fulfill the orders.
I would however have kept all of the ones I ordered; 3 different colors for me and one for the lady friend.

that's funny, they told me it was a mislisting.

They also listed them in the "Clearance" section so I assumed maybe there was something wrong with them...
