Hello, new guy here from Ohio, I just dragged a 76 CB550F basket out of a guys garage a few days ago. I hope nobody minds me asking lots of questions. Not my first bike but it is my first inline 4, everything Ive had before has been a parallel twin. Anyway nice to meet you all.

Thanks, but I think the "lucky" guy is the one that would have bought bike if I hadn't, since I definitely saved him a bunch of grief!  :o Pulled the rear wheel from the "Evolution" project today to swap out with the rear wheel on my regular ride (since the rubber looked good and my regular ride rear wheel is wore out) and had to replace two broken spokes on the "Evolution" wheel. Evolution wheel bearings are soaking, will repack the bearings, finish the wheel swap, and maybe go for a ride this afternoon!  8)

Welcome to the group!  Once you get that beast running you will have to join us out to meet up with the other members of the Columbus Vinmoto.  Pretty good group of guys.  If you need any help or part, check out Venturi Motorcycles.  Good guys who know their stuff, local in Grandview...
