I completely forgot there is a ride going up to Tenneessee on the 10, and I already comitted to going (since the last time I broke down midway through). Although I live close enough to Cumming to possibly meet up with some of y'all before y'all leave, or possibly after y'all get back. I definetly want to meet up with everyone this time, and at least say hi. I might be able to rally the rest of the local SOHC4 gang too. Let's pick a place and maybe have dinner.

Looks like my mom is doing better and she said I should go, so, what is the schedule for the meet up. are we meeting up at the races Saturday? or Friday? I will probably leave for home early Sunday instead of going down to Florida with madMTman. I have a workshop that I might have to attend on Monday back at work.

I'm in Georgia as I type. We will be picking up guys at the airport TH and heading to Valdosta from there. Jim French, Bill Benton, myself, MRieck, and Sam. Jon will be heading north TH also.

Am I going to be hated if I ride the road glide to the meet up? It is supposed to rain much of my way home Sunday and I am thinking I will want a fairing and wind shield.

You guys have more than met your relay obligations, and as far as I can tell, I'm the only one required (loosely) to ride SOHC/4 since I'm wrapping up the final leg of the relay! I'll grant a waiver from Atlanta to Valdosta since the crew bringing the "batons" (yep, that's pluralized) will have a bevy of SOHC/4's in tow!

I've even heard rumors of sightings of GZ 3.0...

Well, once again, I will not be able to make it down there. Had a rough time last weekend, on a trip back to Arkansas and had trouble getting back to Georgia. Sure hate that I am not going to be able to make it down to meet up with you all. Seems like something has always come up. A friend and I went to Arkansas, to take care of some things and bring my '92 Dakota Club Cab down to Georgia, so we'd have 2 vehicles to get around in. Had some problems with the Dakota and I need to work on it.

I was going to post that I made it back to AR Sunday Night but the rain somehow got into my coat and phone so I was incommunicado. I really enjoyed the time with the 750 crew and the drag races and the knowledge you guys shared with me. have to do it again sometime when I don't have to get back to work so quick.

Great news. Sure glad you were able to make it to Valdosta, that was quite an effort on your part. What was that, over 1800 miles round trip for you? I'm in awe!

not quite 1800. 1780 I think I need to add that to my total miles for this year... even if it wasn't on a Honda..
