I loaded up on Denso X24ESU (#4099) spark plugs (twelve anyway) from them. Only transaction I've had with them and it was uneventful and trouble free.

Ive dealt with them for a half dozen transactions or so, 3 different Ford vehicles. Flawless orders each time. I like using the site as my #1 site for reference of OEM requirements and Motorcraft numbers before checking out the Oreillys, Autozones, etc.

If it's something I do not need right away, I order from them.

Only ever had one problem with them. It was corrected promptly. Only complaint is shipping can get expensive if your order comes from different warehouses.

Google rock auto discount code. You can get a small discount on your order.

Have purchased from them many times. Absolutely no problems.

Great company, I have a lot of parts from them...only a few minor issues. Once ordered a EGR valve..received it and was not even close to the right one...they said "keep it" and sent the correct one. Unbelievable prices !

Another great review from me, as well.  I get parts for my GMs, and many are AC Delco.  I like it that in most cases, you have a choice on each part.

I've ordered from them many many times for parts on my 72 Dodge -- suspension, rebuilt carb and brake booster, torsion arms, and lots of others -- they ship fast and have everything in stock. Great service (even if it's kinda a wonky website/catalog.

I plan to at the next tune up. I have installed them in the 78 CB750F I'm working on. So far so good, haven't checked them yet, wanted to get at least a thousand miles on them. Have seen several positive references to these in other threads and from what I gather are about a half-step hotter(?) than the D8EA. Hard to go wrong for the price! ($1.32)

I purchase frequently from rock auto and I've never had a problem, cheap prices for same parts from part stores.  I ordered a power steering hose for my Jeep, local dealer wanted $100, oreilly wanted $80, rock auto was $30 plus shipping!

yep thanks again guys,i sent them an email enquiring about shipping costs to australia, they sent a link to an already filled out list and an email, great service,i think rock autos really rock so im going ahead with the purchase,it still works out about 60-70 bucks better than i can buy here!

Dear Dave,

Thank you for the email.  You can actually see shipping costs right in the shopping cart on our website.  Simply add the parts you want, update the country and enter your postal code and you will see the shipping methods and costs.

I have done this for you and sent the shopping cart to your email.  The shipping would be $65.76.

Thank you,

Jeanne

I bought 16 Denso spark plugs, because they were around $1.50 each at Rock Auto.  I also bought oil filters for my wife's Edge when it was new because Ford designed a new oil filter that the local auto parts store didn't stock yet.  No problems with either transaction.
