Just got back from the dyno. What a day.
First, the clutch was slipping on the dyno at high rpm even when Rick (the dyno master) didn't have much resistance on it. We removed the clutch cover and he was going to shim the springs but the shims were too wide for the recess. Then we decide to try stiffer springs but the springs he had were also a hair too wide for the seats. We removed the clutch, milled out the seats on his Bridgeport mill to accept the wider/stiffer springs. We ended up going with 2 stock springs and two stiffer springs. Equals out to about 15% more holding power. Didn't slip after that. Awesome!

Then, all the jets I bought ended up to be too big. He had 3 #90 jets in stock so he soldered a larger jet closed and drilled it to a #90. Eventually went up in drill sizes to a hair over 94.
He didn't want to solder and drill the pilots.
All in all I need to get 4 main jets at #95 size and 4 pilot jets at #50 size, readjust the mixture screw and I should be golden.
Even with the drilled jets I'm extremely happy with the result. 69.6 max HP (I'm calling it 70) and 42.8 max torque. Rick was also happy with the result, especially the flat torque curve

Thanks Rick and MRieck!
Carb settings I started with:
115 main
60 pilot
YY6 needle 3rd slot from top
Ended up with (and with what I have to buy)
95 main
50 pilots
YY6 needle 4th slot from top
