If they are aftermarket, any insight as to who made/sold them ? TIA   8)

IIRC, dimples were aftermarket. Its cheap to replace them though. If you have already broken down the clutch, I would say replace both the discs and the plates and save possible problems in the future. Unless your trying to remain stock.

 I have seen dimpled plates like those on all the 750's I have worked on so I am going with stock.

I am contemplating it but they are nice and flat and after cleanup look great.


I have seen dimpled plates like those on all the 750's I have worked on so I am going with stock.

All of the stock plates I've seen were dimpled.
