It’s a 1974... what? 750, 650, 550, 400, Jaguar, MGB, Mustang...?

Lots of diagnosis to do before you decide it’s the clutch.

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of it's victim may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. Lewis

lol MGB I wish brother!

1974 CB750 K4 runs good,,,, recently started feeling like the clutch started slipping I roll up the throttle and it won’t transfer power to the wheels,,,stops accelerating at 2000-3000 rpms,,, no power.

revs fine 6-8k,,,gears shift good on center stand, clutch rattle and some odd noises but nothing catastrophic sounding.

thought I might as well just pull and replace the clutch guts,,,anything else to check???

thank youz

Have you done the adjustment under the chrome cover and then adjusted the cable?
If it works good, it looks good...

Sal you meat head!  ;D We have the same year bikes! Lucky me I have Bill Benton here locally in the ATL! I’ll keep you posted on our work.
I blame Bill, he made me love these bikes! :)
...respectfully watching and learning.
