I checked this bike out at beatersville this year. I suppose the owner must grease the sidewall of the front tire, cause it doesn't even come close to clearing. lol The sheet metal on the tank and rear section are very well done though.

If you wanted, you could CAREFULLY shave the insides of the sliders to get it to clear.  From what you are saying, he will have to if he wants to ride the bike.  Sounds like it's just for show though....(shame )

These are really beautiful (and expensive!) Moto-Art, but anything over 45 degrees on conventional forks pretty much locks them up. I wonder how usable they really are? RR

Not to mention the tendency for wheel flop, lack of ground clearance, etc...

I think they only work when you hit a tree or car etc....
