I know I'll lose friends here, but I think it's a bad idea. If it was rented out, when would you get to use it? It seems to me that you need to build a second one. You'll need all that room just for the party celebrating the build.

Alright guys, thanks for your support through this build.
Ski boat will roll in soon, bikes are in.
I'm pretty much done. Had the wood stove installed and W.E.T. inspected so I'm insured against fire.

I won't add to this thread again until I get some of the other of the accoutrement's of a shop set up

Wait a sec Derek....that garage is far from done!!! I don't see any tools laying around or oil spilled everywhere!! You have a ways to go before it is a true garage lol...

Well, there is the matter of a retaining wall to hold up the road and my neighbours driveway. Dig,dig,dig.
