After five months of tear down, clean, polish polish polis polish, assemble, ask stupid questions, spend money spend money, assemble assemble, spend money spend money....I have my K6 running pretty smooth and looking great.
Shifting while holding 7 to 8000 rpm is damn nice, 1200rpm just a little bubbly.
The restored stock pipes with stock baffles sound sweet as I wind through the gears
But now, at idle, I can hear this f'kn noise tink tink tink in the engine that I think is the cam chain and it just aggravates the piss out of me:
Is it normal?
Is it a harbinger of bad things coming my way?
Is it F'kn Robert Marley come to warn me of three spirits?
Just saying the pursuit of perfection will drive ya to drink.
