I made a soda blaster last weekend with the information I found here on the forum. I found some blasting material at Menard's called black blast. It worked very well in the clear tote for removing heavy paint on brake calipers that I am now polishing.

Got bike back together but had some exhaust leaks so the pipes will have to come off this weekend. Will install some new round copper washer. The bike sounded like a drag bike with open headers from the exhaust leak. Hope to get some riding in before the snow flies.

It getting cold out!! Got to ride her a few times, but not firing on # 1 cylinder all the time think it is a carb. issue. Time to due a total tear down to address a few issues like rust on frame and some wiring issues. Will post pictures as I slowly go. You know how that job and school get in the way!! LMAO

Polished most of parts on buffing wheel from harbor freight. I used to work in a grinding and polishing shop. It not really that had just have to take your time, you can due it. Thanks for your kind words.

Use a Craftsman Beam Torque Wrench. Got it from sears for under 30 bucks.

Going to make a foam mold for new seat plan this week. Anybody have a solo seat for single riding, and another seat so the wife or girlfriend can ride. Thinking of make a Fiberglass seat two diffrent molds one single and the other double. Thanks for any thoughts.
