Team Europe tour, FWIW.
« on: August 08, 2012, 07:55:59 AM »
As you all know, Godzilla arrived in Engerland in June.
When I opened the package he sprung out shouting "Beer beer I want beer" then he started trembling when he realised I was the guy that strapped him to the back of the mighty SAMauto drag bike at Rockingham NC just over a year ago. He went pale and started shivering with the fear that it was about to happen again.

I calmed him down and told him there would be no more drag bikes for a few weeks and he could enjoy his holiday in England.
I took him to the local pub that night and the Landlord found him a Godzilla sized glass and filled it up with Boddingtons Best Bitter, the little sod was legless after just two glasses. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Although we didn't get to take him down the strip on the Night Rod, the little bugger kept jumping in Juhas trophy that he won on the big JMR Mike Reick Suzuki. ::)

Well Wilbur, the last we saw of him was when he jumped into my Ferrari and headed north to Lapland, he was having problems sleeping at night due to it being light all night, what he didn't know, the further north he goes, the worse it gets.

I'll have a guess, 1982 308 GTB.
Me and Eddie Irvine used to hang around together until he got famous (and even more arrogant) and he took me for a spin in his GTO he had at the time.
It's the only car I've ever been in that gave me a rush like motorbikes do.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

It's great to see the little bloke is still being cared for. Can't wait to read more of his adventures. I thought we'd lost him there for a while.
By the way, where is home for him going to be when the trip is over? A shrine somewhere in the States?
Last year I joined a support group for procrastinators.
We haven't met yet.

I'd say... Send him around again!!  No retirement for you, bub.  Besides, do you know what a pension for a city-destroying lizard would cost the world economy??
Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.

Amazing how many of us have had this little guy in their homes and on their bikes, truly an international envoy! :)
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
