Does anyone know where I can find one?

I've emailed a couple decal places online have have received zero responses.

eBay turns up nothing.

Is there still chance that I can buy one? If not, is there something else that comes close that I could buy?

Did you try this one?

http://knkcycles.com/honda-cb750-decals.htm

That's an awesome site--but they don't have it either.
It's on my watch list at CMS in the Netherlands. I let you know if they should get one in (it's 9.50 Euros). Every two weeks or so, they mail me availability of a part they just got in, that's on my wishlist (all parts that have been discontinued for the longest time). So, with a little patience...
If you find a source first, please be so kind as to let me know.

It wouldn’t be the first time that a superseded Honda part number was in error. I checked both decal part numbers and PN: 87507-405-670 originally fit the following models:

CB750 A (77) VIN# CB750A-7100001 TO CB750A-7110560
CB750 F (77) VIN# CB750F-2100011 TO CB750F-2111489
CB750 F (78) VIN# CB750F-2200001 TO
CB750 K (77) VIN# CB750-2700009 TO CB750-2729534
CB750 K (78) VIN# CB750-2800001 TO

The “superseded” decal, PN: 87507-405-671 originally fits this model:

CB750 A (78) VIN# CB750A-7200001

Either way, both decals have been discontinued. The Honda4.NL website has the earlier PN: 87507-405-670 and it’s a reproduction. Perhaps this decal will work for you?

Dream, you are the man!!! You have uncovered one of the rarer decals!

The thing is, I don't know if I want it bad enough to pay $50....maybe $25. Maybe there's another source...I'll take a look. But this is the first time I've ever seen it available, and there's even a picture of it!

What are you talking about? 9.95 Euros is less than $ 14.00.

I can help with this. I am stationed in Germany (U.S. Army Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl), but also have a domestic U.S. military (APO) address (zip 09180) over here. I can order two stickers to my German address, then send you one by domestic First Class Mail, U.S. Postal Service. I just would like to be reimbursed for the actual expense without making a penny of it. Having it send to my German address would add 21% VAT, however (according to their web site). PM me if you are interested.
P.S.: in return, you work on your stamina  ;D
