Very interesting.. Where are you located.?.
If you ever have time, i would be interested in having a single Weber manifold cast for cb750..
Can probably make the pattern, and can trade for machined parts or cash..

Are you driving it with V-belt, multirib, or timing belt ?

OK, this looks like one cool project.  Subscribed.

What kind of oil cooler is that you're running on the front of it?

Edited:
I also think it's cool that we have a 106 year old female who lives in Pumpkin Patch doing this work.  Gotta be a first.  ::)  8)

Looks like you are doing it right..keep going..
Better change to a collet soon to hold your end mill, because one day iy will come off.. Could ruin your workpiece or table.. ( i got a big scar in mine. ).. Or your hand if you are unlucky and catch it...

Holy #$%*. This is #$%*ING awesome! 754, He actually cast that manifold we were talking about! Also, I think a timing belt would be exceptional looking. Dude, I am impressed. Did you make a video of the casting process??

You know, Hasenkopf I was looking at the first picture again. Wouldn't it be possible to run it off of the starter gear? This way you can have a straight shot to the SC, and possibly even gear drive the whole thing? I know you're way beyond the R&D stage of the project, but it is an interesting thought for someone who isn't running a starter motor anyway.

Yeah man, after seeing my 21yo friend make all the parts I wanted, the machining world is just amazing to me. I would love to learn, but I REALLY have no time to put into it. Lucky enough to find time for my little projects.
