PD42B Carb re-assembly for CB750K

Looking for a little help with my Keihin PD42B carburetors. They go on my 1977 CB750
Can someone tell me where this little plastic piece goes. It was tagged to Carb #2. Not sure exactly where it goes.
Any help appreciated

It fits over the throttle shaft and is located inside the #2 carb body. It is a sort of thrust washer near as I can tell between the #2 throttle arm and the carb body. You will have to pull the throttle shaft to put this piece back where it belongs, or just leave it out in classic "P.O." fashion:
