Topic: Cool Christmas tree ornament

Was in Albuquerque NM this week and spotted this, and just had to have it. Box lists it as an 1969. Plate says 2018...maybe these are one time run ornaments?

That’s exactly what I paid. Amazon was the same, so I had the sense of “I didn’t get screwed on this thing”.

I have a similar one on my desk, it has a working center stand, rolling wheels, turnable handlebars and a British sized license plate on it.  Belive it was $10 on ebay.

If so, then that feeling of “Hope I didn’t get screwed” will become the reality “ I did”.
Oh wait...we just returned from a trip to Ozark MO, and anyplace outside of California fuel costs were on average $1.70 cheaper per gallon, so now I don’t feel so bad. Oh wait...I’m still in California, so I’m still getting screwed.
