Any forum members going down for this event??

I'm planning to go but won't get there until late Friday night.  The wife will run pro ET, i intend to enter street ET,  V twin and maybe top gas.

I don't think Billy Bling will be able to make it this time. Uncertain about the status of Wilbur or Larry Romig. My SOHC brothern seem to be dropping out of the drag racing scene one by one.

I'm not in the States to be able to make this one
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Not dropping out, just wrenching of another sort. Pulled the jack stands out from under the Suburban (tow vehicle) this evening after replacing the transmission. Don't know if I can get my ducks in a row by this weekend... dammit!  >:(

Best of luck to you and Gladys if I don't get up there to cheer you on. I am considering driving up to spectate...  :o

I hope you can get your tow vehicle and bike together.  While I'd like to see you there to hangout, I'd much rather see you actually on your race bike.

I 'm way behind on preparing ours to race but I'm plugging away, one by one. We won't get in the gate until Saturday morning  because the wife has to work all day. She changed jobs and doesn't have as much flexibility.

Shop dog helped me get the engine back into one of the dragbikes last night. I haven't started it up yet but will do so this evening.  It'll then be pushed to the side and I'll do a check over on the Honda. I need to look Gladys bike over next.  She still in the top ten for pro ET so i need to spend a lot of time checking everything.  I want to be certain she won't have any issues come race day.
