Too late Tipper, already swore at a motorists today, one way chicane where I had right of way and some toffee nosed #$%* in a 4X4 drove straight through, thank God (or the Jap equivillent) for double front discs!
I momentarily questioned her as to where she purchased her drivers licence! >:(
While pointing to the arrow sign she had completely missed! ;D
Sheesh even with my light on and all this Police lights, for chrissake the bike is bludy white!!!! and I always wear fluro reflective vest as it's attached to my armoured jacket!!!
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

I would slow down if I saw you.  I would swear you were Johnny Law!
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Actually the Suzy 750 triple was known for its torque, not so much a pipey power band. Unlike the Kawasaki 750 triples.

This picture is from 1972... IIRC. My buddys Suzy was brand new and we went to Sleeping Bear Dunes on Memorial Day. Yep, it was a smooth running quiet ride..... until he added expansion chambers and ported it. I only rode it once afterwards, briefly, but it was a memorable experience. He asked me not to go to redline as the engine was still fresh, so I went through a few gears stopping well short of redline. The bike was transformed into a screamin' torque monster.

First ride of the year here in the frozen north! Went out around lake Minnetonka and back. Lake is still solid ice. Actually saw some people out on the damn ice on skis with a big sail. The wind was pulling them across the ice. I have no idea what that sport is called.

1st pic, a very small library- Hamel, MN
2nd pic, neat barn with some outdoor art and a nice quote on the side- Plymouth MN

Yes, I was cold.

Ice sailing. Something they don't get to do in the sand states.  ;D

It's more about function than form. You can fit a lot of camping gear on that sissy bar. Backpack, sleeping bag, tent, and good to go.
