Yeah, wouldn't mind a little more info on that exhaust set up too, custom made headers into a collector with a stock can?

You can check out more pics in my build thread, but it's just an unknown 4-1 header with a 1980something CBR can welded on.  It sounds great - like a swarm of angry hornets at high revs, and has a nice bellow at low rpm's.  It's ugly as all get out in person...but this bike's getting a turbo ;)

About 10 miles from home on a freshly paved, rarely used highway - most beautiful stretch around. About 5 miles from US95 on the WA/ID Border.
A tad bit snowy... but the clouds look awesome. 8)

Sunday Jan. 29th was a stunning day in San Diego- bright sunshine and 75 degrees. I rode my 550 up to Palomar Mountain, about 50 or so miles north of downtown San Diego. Stopped for lunch at Mother's on top of the mountain, a weekend hangout for the potpourri of bikers who make this trek. To my surprise, my '74 wasn't even the oldest bike up there- witness the '46 Harley with sidecar and '56 Harley. A great day. Nice to be able to share it.

January 30th, 2012, Lincoln/Jefferson highway intersection (US 30/ US 65) Colo, IA.   It was 62 degrees out!  Riding with fingerless gloves in January sure feels weird.

I made it out and about around town yesterday, looks like we might have one more day of riding weather up here before it goes sour again.

Coach, That's one sharp CB 550. I wish I had held on to my 76 CB550 :( I really like the 3rd pic, great shot. I know it cost you some big $$, but getting the factory pipes back on it was the way to go.

I dunno, are some bikes sexy? Personally I'd have at it with dHall's bike- very sexy machine. Also the look of 4 into 4 pipes floats my boat. Better stop now, I'm getting aroused...... LOL

Just found this pic of my F-er sitting at a gas station last August-ish.
A friend and I took our ol' ladies on a long ride and stopped to stretch.  Thats his /6 and his g/f.  He also owns a 74' 550 that is currently in pieces...so he's ok.
