Progress again...! Got the head back from my local tuner that fixed the head. 8 new valves, adjusted spring force. Inlet valves had dimples (Mike Rieck helped me with lash caps), new CycleX ex super flow valves replaced due to loose fit in guides.
New Honda F2 inlet valves + kibblewhite exhaust valves plus spring force adjusted on ex side with shims. Too small spring force. I do not know when I lost the shims under springs or if my local tuner missed something for 30 years ago. I might have lost them in later mechanical sessions.
LIFE IS GOOD!! Do the head job with engine in frame
I'll re-torque head 28Nm later today (20.65 ft lbs) I do not want to torque harder when max is 22 ft lbs according to kibblewhite HD stud instruction
Time cam this weekend... soon starting it again... maybe tomorrow?
