back after 2.5 years or something like that?
« on: January 15, 2012, 05:50:54 PM »
So I am checking in after a long hiatus. I see many of the old faces are still here.
Still riding my K8. We will see how things go this time around. 8)

What is with the verification stuff now. Oh well, it has been a while.

I read a bit on the relay. Sounds like it was pretty cool. Some in groups and some solo. Nice way to meet a few new people.

Don't worry about ouch though. Sometimes a good break is needed.

Oh, and thanks Hoodelly :)

I saw a reply earlier and wondered. Glad you're back. What have you done to the k8? In your absence?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

Thanks Bender! I have kept it mostly stock. I suppose during my time away, I swapped a headlight out for an HID unit, it performs quite well in my H4 housing and I put on some new slip ons. I thought about refreshing the engine but I want to do it right and I don't want it down all summer. So I think I am going to add to the stable. Been looking for a 919 but those are quite scarce.  I have a hard time messing with perfection though. My K8 works so well.

Thanks for the welcome Jerry! A little more time to settle in and the Terry fro Aus harrassment can begin anew! ;D

G'Day Eldy, welcome back mate, glad to see you've come back to the fold. I got an email from your mate Terry Quail recently and he said he might come back here for a look, so I hope he does as well, I've missed you guys! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
