I like ServiceHonda. Always have got good service and prices run about 25 to 30% off retail

Service Honda has done well for me. The parts list associated with their online fiche diagrams is one of the most up to date as far as noting the discontinued items. Usually doesn't hurt to send a preliminary request regarding availability prior to actually ordering, although I never do. If an ordered part is no longer available they will let you know and adjust the order accordingly.

http://www.westernhillshondayamaha.com/  is a pretty good source as well.
http://www.powersportsplus.com/ has good prices too.

http://www.motogrid.com/ has a great site that shows what other bikes use the same parts.

And yeah, take into account many dealers list discontinued parts. It's good to cross-reference if there's any doubt.

Wherever you order take into account the shipping. A lot of places have cheaper parts but make it up on shipping.
