Have a good time Sam.

Only been home a week and I'm ready to go back again. My daughter and family are over here in Feb/March so looks like I'll have to wait a little longer and Continental have just told me I have Elite Status again, that might go to waste now too

Welcome home to the rain Malc, it's not stopped for 3 days up here and they have give thunderstorms for tomorrow

Only 2 nights now and I'm finished with them for good, I start days 14th Dec.

very happy with no confederate flag. but I happen to be against slavery. call me radically progressive if you will.

must be from being raised in Seattle. besides I wouldn't last too long in Oakland wearing one of those.

I won't argue. at this point I'm sure it's more about pride of birthplace. but I'm not ignorant at all. history is my favorite subject and I've read a LOT of books. quite a few have dealt with american history.

You might try Jefferson Davis' "The Rise and Fall of the Confederate Government"

Or how about, "The Real Lincoln" for a modern work.

Hats off to you Spanner. My GGGrandfather Richard McNabb was with the 21st Tennessee, he was wounded
in Virginia within miles of my GGGrandfather Phillip McCormick of the 51st. NC, and my GGUncle Lt. William Bullock
of the same 51st was wounded about the same time. I've another GGgrandfather and his Dad who wear in an
outfit of boys and old men in Mississippi. WE ought to be proud!

Ed was over here tonight on the 750A, Seems to be running real good at the moment.
I will bet he got drenched on his way home when one of Ida's outer bands came through.
Just as well we find out if it runs in the rain before we drive up into Ida.
