Mostly stock '73 CB750 K3, exhaust is Vance & Hines header with an F model 4-1. Brakes and Comstar wheels are off of a '77 750F. Other non stock items are Progressive shocks and springs (added last night, not in the picture) steering damper and seat. I think that's about it.

1976 CB750F. Kinda stock. Tank is proper color, the rest I painted 15 yrs ago with paint I got cheap. Muffler will go away(will patch for now, need new muffler). Got her running good (I hope, she hasn't been reliable transportation for 5 years but things are looking good right now).Got to work on the cosmetics.

Quite by chance and to my utter amazement  I came across this pic of my own 400 four (then a 460cc Yoshimura) which  I put it up for sale in Classic and motorcycle mechanics, I think in 1994, when browsing ebayUSA a couple of weeks ago!At the time I didnt get many good offers for it.Not for the amount I spent on it .So I decided to keep it.I downloaded the image from ebay to my computer. All the work was done by the previous owner. He put on  a drilled front disc, goodridge brake hoses and handcast alloy wheels a dresda swingarm and air assisted front forks. When first purchased it had a Yamaha headlight, Suzuki GS(X)? clocks(and the wiring was a complete mess!) ,flat bars and a cafe racer seat.I had it with  flat bars for couple of years then changed for cafe racer style bars which bolted on top of the forks. Then the Piper four in one pipes seen here rotted away so I decided to replace with a standard Honda exhaust system from Dave Silver. Also ditching the cafe racer seat for a standard Honda .At the same time one of the Yoshi valves was diagnosed as bent slightly and a Yomushira head gasket became virtually unobtainable or very expensive .So I converted it back to 400cc using a top end purchased from a  breakers yard. And my insurance quotes suddenly got cheaper!Bike is virtually same as in photo except has a standard Honda exhaust and silencer and standard Honda mirrors and now has indicators/turn signal lights and the Tank is a lot more dented and dull ,paint has flaked off the wheels and a large plastic bag stops the rain water getting into the tatty seat!.
