CB750 brake caliper identification
« on: September 23, 2015, 05:46:15 AM »
What year 750 is this rear caliper is this from? I'm piecing together a rear disc set up for my xr 200 tracker and this fits pretty good. It will need a rebuild but I need to know what model so I get the correct pads and seals.

Thanks!

78 caliper and arm are two pieces, this one seems to be one only.

I repeat, it is NOT a 75/76. If it's not a 77/78 then it belongs on another model Honda.

Mine is only one piece. The guy I got it from said it came from a 75-78 cb750 SS but he wasnt exactly sure of the year. I cant find another one that looks like mine.

Check the early goldwing models. It's a guess, but I know the caliper designs were somewhat interchangable with my 76SS.
