Not as much as a rowdy twin. On a four it works well without a rear bracket.

cb750 is correct,  not attachment to the bike except the head on the Yamiya and similar exhaust.

So after my second Dyna 2000 crapped out on me I decided to move away from it.  Issues start to come up 2X after being stuck in traffic during warm weather. like the pick ups fail in high heat.  I am going to give the Pamco a try since I have read many positive reviews and first hand knowledge from BrandEn.  I should have listened to you after my first gave out B! 

Messing around with the 915 gave me new found motivation I lost after starting to dirtbike again, so I decided to make some small cosmetic changes.  Went back to the MotoGP pipe again wanting to try out the new design.  After seeing BrandEn's in person, it made me miss the stainless pipe I originally had.  Also have some smoothed machined aluminum points / clutch covers and smaller black headlight in the mail.




I am not getting rid of the Kerker, but will be nice to have options.

Howdy, must say I've read a great deal of the progress on your bike and it looks and sounds like quite a nice machine! 

I'm in the midst of refreshing my 77 f2, and would like to hear your opinion on the motowerks vs yamiya vs kerker systems.   

It sounds like the motowerks doesn't work with the f's extra cooling puck for the oil filter? How did you plumb the oil cooler if that's the case?

Yamiya vs motowerks? Sound fit finish impressions?

Yes, clearance issues with the F2, not enough spacing.  I am using a spin on filter that is tapped to run an oil cooler.  The Yamiya and Kerker work fine with the standard F2 set up.  I just like the stainless finish of the MotoGP pipe, but will also be holding on to the Kerker.  The Yamiya finish isn't the best IMO, chromex finish isn't very durable.

The shop is motogp werks. They have a project gallery, and if you email them
 I just did they have one left in stock. I'm going to hold off for now as my stock header still works and looks fine. And I can change my oil with it on.

Doesn't really bother me but thats not as silly as it sounds for the guys that don't like removing the pipes... ;D ;)   You can only ask and he can only say no.... :P

I had the same problem with my Dyna S on a CB550 build. The pick up for cyl 1&4 would fail once the motor got hot. This Dyna was almost new when it failed.

Switched over to Pamco from dyna 2000 and added a relay to the coils and added the stainless Moto GP pipe.  Runs great and super strong, hopefully no more failing pickups.  Still getting a bit of smoke when I get on it a bit (5000rpms in video)  any suggestions to the cause?  Just added new valve seals, compression is great and runs strong.

Also swapped to a black headlight, old one was chrome, what do you think?

Looks and sounds great, the little puff of smoke could just be fuel Tweakin, was the bike warm..?  I don't think i would be too worried about it ...
