If you want..............but GZ may want to cruise the lakeshore to Chicago, stop at the Rock-n-Roll McDonalds for lunch, have his picture taken on the glass ledge, and then proceed to MICHIGAN.

If you guys can arrange for GZ to be at the Road America Vintage Motorcycle Classic (June 8-10) and the Barber Vintage Festival (October 12-14) I can arrange for him to be on board a SOHC4 race bike for a few laps of each track.  Possibly during a race.

Check out the proposed route, with a West coast launch in this post:

Feedback welcome (and expected)...  ;)

Ahhh...too bad.  I have a month long road trip planned from Los Angeles to Providence, RI around the time GZ is traveling west.  Maybe I'll try to leave earlier and catch the TN to OK part of the relay.

When are you leaving LA, heading east?

Planning on leaving late April/early May, which I might be able to time it to join part of the trip back west.  I might still be in the So Cal relay, but it depends on if I get my ride assembled in time.  I was planning to rebuild the engine, but I might just hold off on that until after the relay (or just get a spare).  I SHOULD be done assembling it before the So Cal leg, especially since the old lady is out of town for 2 weeks....but I just threw my lower back out in a bad way.  :(  I'll definitely have to swap out my clubmans and cables.  We'll see.
