I didn't make one, but I wish I had. It took about 18 months to complete because i finished 3 other bikes before this one. i sold them to finance this build.  It runs even better than it looks.

How did you ever get it tuned with those velo stacks in place of the stock airbox  ;)  Sweet build.

.360 lift 270 degree cam.
130 mains
1 clip richer on the needles
1/2 turn out idle air screw
dyna ignition
accel 5 ohm super coils
carpy 4-into-1 with baffle

----it didn't run as well on the stock coils---- made a HUGE difference when i switched to the accel.

i believe the shocks were from parts n more, the last set i ordered for my current project are  from cycle xchange (same ones). 13 1/2 inches.
it is a 16" rear. I just wanted a fat tire on the rear. it's alot easier to put a 140 tire on it than the 18". does it affect the handling? who knows? if i wanna haul ass and care up a road i'll take my GSXR. but if i had it to do all over again i would lace up a set of akront aluminium rims. who knows, when the tires are done i might. maybe it was a phase i was in. my current 750 project has an 18" rear.

This is fantastic and just about the clone I envision with my new project.   Black with red frame is perfect.  I have different ideas about the stripes, but otherwise very close.

I'm with Seaweb, can we see a pic from the top taking in the tank, bars and instruments?

To look at, I like your bike.  For overall balance and performance, I like your bike.  For scaring the crap out of myself once or twice, that Sportster/Buell cafe would be a trip.  The torque in that light chassis with that exhaust would be a "blast"
