  • So, what do ya wanna talk about today?
I bought an "Action Camera" so I can film some of my glorious rides, but I couldn't use it until I found a 32 gb SD card, so I bought the card yesterday and was going to go for a ride tonight, but then I remembered that I need to set the date/time for accuracy, so no ride tonight, even though I really wanted to go out in the rain and freezing night temps, just so I could post a short vid here. Bugger............. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Terry,
the country-side is filled with proules and worker-bees, so aside from that it is nice.

What the fcuk are "Proules"? I mean, of course I know what Proules are, but for the benefit of everyone else here Michel, if you don't mind? ;D

Yes I checked the chain....must be rusted solid as it almost looks to be one solid piece (shaft?)
Spokes are tighter than a beavers butthole.

Watch out for the spring pressure style cam chain adjusters on those sandcast wings mate, they went from roller chains to hyvo's on later models, (after serial number 555XXXX) so buy one of Ape's "Nut and Bolt" type positive adjusters, and a pair of Tsunami heavy duty cam chains while you're at it, they're about the strongest on the market. If you need any more advice, I'm pretty much the Goldwing expert on this site, some folks here actually refer to me as "Honda Wang Man". ;D

Thanks Terry, I am sure I will have some questions for you once I get started on the popular water cooled to air cooled conversion. I hear the weight savings are significant.

I have never been caught baking motorcycle parts in the oven when the wife is away and she returned a day early to find the house inundated with fumes, 4 fans blowing, doors & windows open with the outside snowing & temperature of 20F.
"...actually they are NOT motorcycle parts, it's wood this time...."
